The cost of online advertising is continuing to increase, with limited intelligence to support budget decisions on where and how to invest for best fit with consumer interactions. As online activities shift, retailers need to become agile in how they look to optimise their advertising spend. Modo25 has already developed its BOSCO Software as a Service product suite to help businesses benchmark and identify tangible links between spend and performance goals. BOSCO's goal is simply to help retailers make more money from their digital marketing. Our focus on data-science and intelligent insight supports client decision-making to maximise return on investment and improve performance measures around the customer journey and partnerships. This project, BOSCO-Intelligence, cements the backend data-science underpinning the smart tool applications, particularly against alternative platform reporting data. It will support added functionality and customer options to provide retailers with a partnership approach to build their own internal expertise, based on their customers and their strategies.

This project will allow Modo25 to work rapidly, linking with world-leading specialists to build an advertising spend forecasting software tool, which will be within the reach of all online retailers. The team will combine layered information from multiple channels to analyse the best return on investment mix to allocated marketing budgets. This will require significant machine learning and artificial intelligence with modelling to support an easy-to understand customer interface. BOSCO-Connect will be live in 2021\.
