SecalTKS are tailoring TKE emitter to the secondary aluminium industry.
This project will validate TKE's superior performance and capability in the aluminium casting industry.
Retrofitting TKE technology to a crucible pre-heat station with a purpose-built newly fabricated crucible pre-heater lid by a local subcontractor, as required for this project-specific installation.
Only a limited level of information can be shared publicly regarding the internal workings of TKE on the grounds of IP sensitivity.
TKE is an internal combustion process able to disassociate the elements of methane, pre-combustion, to harvest and then combust the concentrated elements of hydrogen, air, and carbon, mixed under precise conditions. This delivers the result of combustion, heat onto the molecule before being discharged from the emitter.
The mechanical vibration dramatically reduces process time. It has unparallel penetration capability over the conventional burner flame.
The emitted plume has an initial temperature of only 150℃, less than 8% of that of a burner flame, but can reach and sustain temperatures of 1,350℃.
