They vary in length from just a half-day to a week at a time. The courses can be delivered in modules and in the current climate online. A sound balance of theory and practice is used with realistic, engaging scenarios. </p> <p> Our clients learning requirements are in a number of traditional, modern and sometimes sensitive or challenging specialisms. We work with police services, local authorities and more key institutions. However, our expertise isnt limited to the public sector and we have forged some exceptional smaller bodies, companies and individuals as longstanding clients. Forging long-term bonds to create and nurture a loyal clientele is important to us. </p> <p> Baron Training is a registered Centre with the Open College Network West Midlands who are a national awarding organisation, regulated by Ofqual, Qualifications Wales and the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education (QAA), to develop and award nationally recognised qualifications. At Baron Training we are able to create accredited stand-alone units, or you could choose from a number of Level 3 or Level 4 Awards and Certificates. </p> <p> All training is delivered in line with current good practice and is student-centred. Pre-course discussion with clients is encouraged to ensure that the training meets your needs.
