| Cream Care was established in 2005 by Stephen Petts, who was joined by Martin Reed in 2007. Sadly in February 2017, Stephen passed away. Currently we have a home in Torquay and a number of homes in Taunton. Creams core value is kindness, providing person centred care and a beautiful home for people with Learning disabilities, working closely with them and their families to develop positive relationships. Cream is designed around people with complex needs who require a tremendous amount of care and support to meet these needs. The people our services provide a home for, often have severe or profound learning disabilities and high care needs. We also provide opportunity to people without a learning disability but whose physical disability dictates full support and care. Our support is tailor made to each person, ensuring aspirations are striven toward and individual requirements are met successfully and consistently. We are committed to providing person centered environments, and support, of the highest quality, which not only is inclusive and transparent, but above all else offers consistency and warmth enabling all in our care to feel at home. | Taunton, Care, Care Home, Care in Taunton
