This project will deliver an ambitious decarbonisation plan for the Port of Poole Maritime Industrial Cluster centered on the Port of Poole estate. The aim of this project is to develop a common vision for decarbonisation for the Cluster within a detailed strategy and roadmap with clear targets. In order to develop this plan we will use data and a deep understanding of the Port and the operations of its industrial stakeholders to drive the strategy development including pathways to reach Net Zero by 2050\.
