Biogas, produced by landfills and digesters is a valuable fuel, but contains contaminants that damage electricity generation engines. This project is concerned with the design and development of instrumentation to monitor this contamination so that filters, installed to remove it, can be changed at optimal times.The work in this package will involve optical design of the measurement system.Sales are expected in the UK and USA and additional staff will be recruited at the manufacturing stage.
