Potential clients will not have to make capital investments or sign-up to long-term contracts, but rather subscribe to a flexible monthly-subscription; delivering building efficiency as-a-service. No organisation provides an innovative and disruptive solution like this today. Allowing previously non-financially viable buildings, such as retail-park sites to benefit from BMS energy efficiency. This solution would be equally applicable across the traditional UK BMS sector; and across Europe and the rest of the world. We have a team that has been recognised for its innovation in product development; winning the Building Controls Industry Associations(BCIA) award for Technical Innovation in 2018\. The proposed initiative would reduce ongoing costs in the short term(5-25%); lower the carbon footprint and It will support decarbonisation, environmental sustainability and contribute in a positive fashion towards climate change.
