**ACRE - Amplifi Cognitive Risk Engine. An AI platform to help vulnerable consumers through complex online finance journeys whilst supporting Legal, Professional and Financial Services with mandatory Consumer Duty and regulatory compliance.**
In collaboration with University of Nottingham and Debt Managers Standards Association(DEMSA), and with support from StepChange, FCA and Equifax, Amplifi is developing a new user-centric, AI approach to consumer protection and compliance.
Using our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning platform, our technology will enable companies across sectors to:
* 'Live' risk-asses consumer vulnerability, identifying those most-at-risk
* Have an audit trail to identify potential harms quicker, allowing companies to intersect online finance journeys to and provide more positive outcomes
* Assess intelligibility of communications
* Continuously adapt/simplify content to enhance intelligibility/engagemet using ML/NLP based on behaviour/need
* Introduce gamified, interactive online journeys to improve comprehension
* Provide transparency/control to consumers about use-of-data
* Future-proof FCA compliance
Ultimately, Amplifi enables organisations to better communicate complex information to their customers, resulting in better outcomes for the consumer, and improved compliance to the latest regulatory requirements for the organisation.
This innovative project will culminate in live pilots, using real-word customer data from project partners.
