Time Bank UK is in the process of developing a unique technology platform which will support the growth of the company and create revenue as a standalone product. Currently, the business operates six databases, all of which have differing functions and are not connected. Too much time is spent collating information which is often duplicated and contradictory. With a number of projects running and increasing member contact a more streamlined approach is required. The aim is to develop a new CRM platform and create a time-banking app that syncs through the cloud and runs on multiple mobile devices, enabling better scheduling, improved efficiency and by improving customer relationships and support future business expansion.
