This evaluation will help to inform and guide our future design and technical development.

13 CSH Level 5 houses form a pilot scheme for an innovative approach to affordable mixed tenure housing design, procurement and finance, with large scale delivery potentials. Swindon Borough Council selected NPS in competition with RSL providers on the basis that these proposals offered considerably better space standards (marginally above the current HCA HQA consultation document), the ability to adapt and expand dwellings, energy and comfort strategies.
