"The IT industry is not regulated as other industries are however this will shortly change by proxy due to European legislation which takes effect in 2017. As a company and an I.T Provider the requirement for Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 2701 is fundamental for us to continue trading with the customers we currently deal with. We fear that if we do not become compliant we will lose business however becoming compliant would ensure our growth along with enabling us to provide new services to our customers. This would also assist with bring inline the new Cyber Essentials accreditation and security to other businesses."
