"CPT International are one of the countries largest exporters of food produced in the UK to the middle eastern market. We cover a vast number of countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Egypt and Yemen. The aim for the the company is to vastly improve the efficiency of our business through the automation of time consuming processes such as labeling and packaging. As the products need to be relabeled to suit the destination they are being exported to, a simple task takes up a considerable amount of employee's time due to the large amount of stock we export. We would like to explore the possibility of incorporating specialist machinery into our production processes and expert advice on this can be complemented with a technical software package, known as ERP. Combining the two would mean that our production process is more streamlined and efficient. It will also minimise our costs and enabling us to use other resources (e.g. employees) elsewhere."
