We are looking to develop a wrist-worn device for measuring patient vital signs within an acute hospital setting, which follows the patient on discharge and thereby allows continuous monitoring immediately post-hospital, allowing for improved and expedited medical care whilst the patient is in hospital, reduced length of stay, and continuous monitoring during the period post-discharge from hospital.
