We will design an innovative cloud-based PMO intelligence platform and associated digital ways of working for Hanoi Metro Line 5, which, by design, will integrate well-configured data from different PMO functions, providing assured data assets for onward analysis and use in bespoke user applications. Our solution will support proactive, fact-based management decision making, progressive and preventative assurance across the entire project lifecycle, and provide objective progress and performance measurement.
