A feasibility study into the application of large language models to support the administration of performing arts touring and project management. Booking and scheduling a performance, education or outreach tour is a complex task that places a high administrative and cost burden on performing arts organisations. Our project aims to alleviate this and offer time and cost savings to these organisations with the aim of freeing them up to enable them to re-allocate these resources to their creative output. The ultimate goal is to develop and AI powered co-pilot that will act as an additional, expert, team member that can support their analysis of historical data to enable organisations to make more informed decisions. The co-pilot could also assess the suitability of venues, analyse and plan schedules and monitor the process for timetable clashes. We will also look at the feasibility of the co-pilot planning travel routes to to make them more efficient and lower the carbon footprint of a tour. We expect this feasibility study to result in a design for a software application that can be used by the performing arts to manage their touring and project administration.

A robust contract negotiation solution for the arts in the 21st century. This project will fulfil the need to have a modern digital contract and negotiation solution the for arts organisations who tour and for the venues who receive them. Working with theatre, dance and music organisations and collective bodies, our solution will support the process of contract negotiation and creation from initial draft to the final signed contract. The project is a SaaS solution using blockchain which is an incorruptible digital ledger that can be programmed to record virtually every transaction in the negotiation process with shared transparency. The aim is to simplify the process saving companies time and money whilst providing clarity and transparency in the agreements.
