There is much opportunity for micro hydropower generation for remote/distributed power generation in relation to sustainable farming in Europe. DfX intends to develop innovative micro hydropower system that exploits kinetic energy in water currents, as opposed to pressure head. This approach creates a large number of potential sites & is much more environmentally benign. Market research is required to focus a new revenue stream, allow for future product development & enable business alliance.
