Crowd Vision is a young highly innovative UK SME that has developed world-leading software that automatically analyses video feeds from crowded locations in real-time delivering live crowd nalytics to end users. To date, Crowd Vision has specialised in delivering fixed, bespoke, installations of this system and has already demonstrated the value of this technology in one of the world’s largest annual gathering of pilgrims at the Hajj in Mecca. Following from such projects, Crowd Vision has now identified a compelling business opportunity for developing a portable, flexible and rapidly deployable crowd monitoring system for temporary events to help event organisers, police and local authorties to deliver safer and more successful events. The TSB SMART funding will enable the company to design, develop and test a prototype prior to final productisation and launch into the global market.
