LastMeet is a cloud based software platform that has reinvented the meeting: Meetings are about ideas and decisions, not just about bringing people together in the same location at the same time. While providing a unique environment designed to cultivate the best in conversation and ideation, LastMeet helps teams organise meetings without the boundaries of time or location, with the inclusion of agendas, exchange of ideas from all members, unbiased participation, definition of actions and decisions, with all data and discussions recorded and stored for review at any time without the hassle, and perfectly suited to your individual schedule. LastMeet reduces the overhead of conventional meetings thus saving time and money by allowing teams to interact without a dependence on time, location or communication medium.

Thoughtified has developed ManagePlaces, a location-based project management system. ManagePlaces uses location information to enable organisations, typically with distributed teams and assets, to efficiency manage their workflow and knowledge base. ManagePlaces is now being applied to indoor scenarios and is exploring the use of indoor GPS technology. Thoughtified is incubated by ISIC Surrey and SETsquared and is based at Surrey Research Park.
Proof-of-concept smartphone prototype system for community health providers. A private cloud implementation with GP and Hospital data exchange features. Thoughtified Ltd is supported by Central Surrey Health and the University of Surrey.

GRD Proof of Concept
Summary:
Data integration between community health systems and electronic patient record (EPR)
systems. Implementation of a proof-of-concept smartphone prototype for assisting nurses in
home-visits. The location-aware system will allow for in-field data recording, visualisation and
reporting with the use of a secure private Cloud, and advanced care provider data
interoperability.
Abstract:
There are no solutions that combine the patient information with the use of unique identifiers
and offer real-time integration of data between the patient, the health provider and its third
parties. Different trusts and councils use different systems; an environment that shares data
and of which other systems can be integrated via the use of an application programmable
interface (API). Thoughtified, an award winning University of Surrey start-up company, is
developing a solution that will appeal to primary care organisations, community care
providers and social care organisations. Nurses will use smartphone devices instead of
laptops, to record information about patients during their home-visits. Central Surrey Health
(CSH) estimates at least 15%-25% in cost savings from the adoption of the proposed solution.
With access to CSH's IT systems and community health records, Thoughtified will deploy and
pilot a secure API that allows for exchange of data between community health units, GP
surgeries and hospitals with minimum investment and no other hardware requirements,
allowing for better care, as well as emergency responses and time savings from un-necessary
visits or data recordings. Via the proof-of-concept work, Thoughtified is aiming at deploying
the solution to other community health providers, and after gaining a substantial market share,
expanding to other providers within the EU, including current contacts from our previous
work on the 'TIRRE Project' and especially Denmark and Greece.
