Public Funding for Stellasoft Limited

Collaborative project bringing together data about the health and pharmaceutical interventions to animals in the UK creating a new data source and reporting tool in the animal health industry. The project will focus on identifying and harnessing data contained within the software products used or produced by each member of the consortium, and identifying other sources, if any, that could add further value. The pharmaceutical industry struggles to understand the demand chain for animal health pharmaceutical products beyond the point of wholesale. The consortium feel they can assist with describing the final steps of the product journey by supplying data at veterinary practice, farm and individual animal level with significant coverage of the UK farm animal population. This information is currently unharnessed and may become of value to organisations concerned with the effects of such product use on drug efficacy in human medicine.
