Recyclatrack is a UK developed and European patent applied for process that enables the 100 percent sustainable recovery of the steel and rubber components contained within used vehicle crawler tracks.
\*The process uses Ultra High Pressure water-jetting (UHP) operating at pressures up to 50,000 psi (3500 bar/350 MPa).applied in an automated process line that removes the rubber bonded to the steel cleats and wire contained within the track. It enables these components to be fully recovered, the steel is clean and the rubber dried and sieved and able to re-enter the manufacturing supply chain without secondary processing. No chemicals, incineration or landfilling is required, only low volumes of water which is itself recycled.
\*There is currently no other environmentally compliant solution to this problematic and growing international waste stream. Interest in the commercialisation of the process is high and industrial engagement is ongoing on an international basis as the process is engineered to enable commercial exploitation and international rollout.

Recyclatrack is a UK developed and European patent applied for process that enables the 100 percent recovery and maxiumum monetisation of the steel and rubber components contained within used vehicle crawler tracks.
The process includes Ultra High Pressure water-jetting (UHP) operating at pressures up to 50,000 psi (3500 bar/350 MPa).applied in a semi- automated process line that removes the rubber bonded to the steel cleats and wire contained within the track. It enables these components to be fully recovered, the steel is clean and the rubber dried and sieved and able to re-enter the manufacturing supply chain without secondary processing.
There is currently no other environmentally compliant, cost-effective solution to this problematic and growing international waste stream. Interest in the commercialisation of the process is high and industrial engagement is ongoing on an international basis as the process is engineered to enable commercial exploitation and international rollout.
