We currently have a unique product, which is multi functional, however we need to understand how we can protect this idea and ensure that we can gain maximum benefit from the Intellectual Property. To do this we need help in developing an IP strategy that will help us to explore and exploit the best way forward for our innovative product, aiming to achieve both patent and design protection. Also to look at a strategy for IP as we develop further product functionality once it is on the market.
