Alchemy Pharmatech have been developing a small novel device for delivering medicines across the nasal mucosa into the bloodstream. They hope to test this in a small trial, using human volunteers, in 2016. To undertake a marketing plan using the Innovate UK Innovation Voucher, Alchemy Pharmatech have commissioned Medilink NW to research the financial landscape of the nasal medicines market for over-the-counter and prescription segments in the UK, rest of Europe, North America and the rest of the world. This work will facilitate business development and attract future investment.
