After a tough period when business angels pulled out Agroceutical was established using some of the materials from Alzeim Ltd. Using the results of the BBSRC funded project together with a subsequent project funded by Innovate UK the company has in the last 6 months re-established itself at a site in south Wales; a new factory has been set up and galanthamine is being extracted from daffodils grown in Wales and south west England
