Floating Homes Limited are developing floating homes using glass fibre reinforced concrete (GFRC or GRC) and expanded polystyrene (EPS) for the floatation/raft and superstructure. For our structures to comply to building regulations we need to prove the longevity of the materials we use so need the help of a research establishment such as the Building Research Establishment.
