WeDo3DPrinting is a new business operating in Sheffield, offering a full range of services and parts to the market. This project is to undertake a feasibility study to develop a brand of 3D Printer Filament based on recycled plastics. The project Innovation Voucher is being used to: (i) Gain a fuller understanding of the quality issues when using recycled filament; (ii) Develop insight into the process requirements for recycling filament, including capital investment costs; (iii) Explore the potential of the market for recycled filament.
