Languages Arts and Culture (LA&C) is a new and innovative concept in language, art and cultural education.With growing globalisation and the increase in international travel, more and more people are learning foreign languages. LA&C will promote global communications, facilitate cultural understanding, cross virtual borders and break language barriers by allowing members to practice their language skills with native speakers in a relaxed, fun, atmosphere without even opening a book or stepping foot outside their homes.Our aim is to connect people around the world who are interested in language skill swapping by providing a safe online community of people around the globe who are learning foreign languages and interested in arts and culture regardless of age, ability or disability.Our initial target markets are UK based schools and universities, where safety concerns are paramount.
