Collaborative R&D
myGwork is the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, and anyone who believes in workplace equality. To build on its existing platform and mobile application that includes jobs, inclusive organisation profiles, events, news, and professional networking, it has launched project "Teach and Reach". The project's aim is two fold: i) Teach: Build out the company's e-learning Academy to drive industry-leading content on LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace to the frontline through partnerships with employers and education institutions. This includes adding new course content and expanding distribution of content into learning management systems of partner organisations and education institutions and ii) Reach: Drive expansion of the impact that the organisation is already having with its partnerships, by driving user-centric improvements to its platform, enhanced user analytics, improved networking capabilities in its mobile application and the enhanced delivery of two key community events to support recruitment and engagement: Workfair and Workpride. In a world where LGBTQ+ inclusion is unfortunately still not universal, it is important that in progressive societies like our own here in the UK, due attention is given to projects that help teach societies and impact communities well beyond our own borders. With its enhanced platform, and increased prevalence of remote and virtual engagement post-covid, myGwork and its latest project, "Teach and Reach" have been able to do just that.

Feasibility Studies
Due COVID-19 LGBT+ helplines are experiencing double the amount of calls and many people have lost their jobs. Research shows the LGBT+ community is particularly isolated and at risk when it comes to poor mental health and well-being (Trevor Project, 2020). This has serious implications for the mental health of LGBTQ people including significant increased risk for depression, anxiety, substance use, and suicidality. Additionally, unemployment is expected to rise by 2million due to COVID-19\. The "myGwork App" provides an easy tool for mentoring while incorporating mental health so people can find the support they need including: -Matching people using AI to pair mentors and mentees -Connecting people with mental health professionals and providing them with online resources (free webinars, articles, etc.) to reduce stress and improve well-being -Helping people get back to employment (webinars on CV writing, push notifications for jobs, etc.)
