This project aims to establish the beneficial properties of natural products from a fruit processing waste stream when formulated with fish feed. We will evaluate improvement in the growth rate of trout fish in a 6 month trial. This will help in our quest to realise the benefits of naturally sourced (biobased) products in sustainable global fish farming practices.
