A group of people stand in a showroom. A plan for a residential home development appears before them in 3D, someone points their finger at one of the houses, a larger plan of the home appears. An assistant voice narrates details of the house. Someone else points at the "explore" option, the plans disappear and the walls of the room transform into a room in the house. Everyone is now standing in the house, and can walk around, look out of the window to see the view, someone turns on the TV and everyone can watch a video describing the area. Having seen the property, they revert back to real life and the 3D plan rendering. This time someone selects the park area, and everyone is standing by a lake, watching a swan swim past.
