Our project is to progress the commercialisation of our Chronicle 'Snapshot' Memory Boxes which are creatively designed photo frames enhanced with high-quality audio. The boxes aim to support people with preserving their personal life stories and memories associated with family photographs. The project will focus upon testing and further development of the boxes within the aged-care sector, including their potential to support people with dementia. The unique product has contemporary styling and differentiates itself on the quality of the audio output, the styling and manufacture of the frame, the sustainability of the product, and the support services that Chronicle packages around the product to help people to record their life stories or memories. The box is focused upon the importance of familiar voices and recording life stories to support health and well-being. The funding will support the development and commercialisation of this new product and enable us to undertake market testing in the aged-care sector.
