FlushEco looks to improve the efficiency of toilet flushing in the UK and globally by developing our Patented toilet flushing system which uses an internal 'Flush container' designed to operate using gravity. Many flush devices on the market rely on washers or diaphragms, these can fail allowing water to be wasted down the toilet pan or through inefficient flushing. This heavily contributes to the amount of water wasted in the UK and globally. Our innovative container does not rely on washers or diaphragms and is moulded out of one piece of plastic, so can't leak due to washer or diaphragm wear or failure.
Our design is a 'Behind the wall' setup that can be installed behind walls, false panels and in bathroom furniture in-line with other 'Behind the wall' setups on the market. The flush water is stored in the Flush container away from the cistern wall, reducing condensation that can form on the outside of the cistern that causes damp, mould and material damage to the surrounding area. Our design will be easy to install, low maintenance and have approximately 1/3 of the components compared to similar 'Behind the wall' set ups.
This project will allow FlushEco to develop our patented proof-of-concept design into a viable working prototype, designed with high-volume manufacture and low cost in mind.
