ServiceBox is solving a significant unmet need and innovatively applying technology to develop a repair app/platform that provides users with video access to an engineer and GPS tracking for in-person repairs. By merging technology with the service repair industry, ServiceBox's solution could increase the number of immediate fixes by 17%, reduce costs, save time, enhance satisfaction and reduce environmental impacts.
