This project is to manufacture a prototype Stirling engine which is of a completely novel variant. To create electricity from reclaimed heat reducing CO2 emissions significantly.
It's comprised of a small lightweight self contained unit approximately 370mmW x 250mmH x 370mmD
This can easily be retro fitted to any domestic boiler and industrial heat exhausts. Our simulations have indicated ROI for our customers within 15 months. Thereafter significantly reducing their electricity costs while minimising CO2 emissions.
We believe the engine will output significant power even at relatively low temperature differential (circa 200°C), and hence be manufactured relatively cheaply in high volume by die casting in lower melting point aluminium alloys.
We have patents now granted in the USA and EU on our innovation.
