To develop a scalable BMS data collection module that can be easily distributed and configured. The system is unhackable and it is impossible to gain access to corporate networks. Using BMS analytics driving HVAC asset operational efficiency and focusing on minimising utility consumption, supports the green economy. Providing an understanding of how buildings function across all sectors, will lead to further green innovation. This project provides the opportunity to demonstrate how a different approach can be more cost effective, less disruptive and provide a quicker route to maintain building environmental performance.
