Project Ark (PA) is an SME founded by Joshua Warwick and Akeel Malik, focused on the creation of Ark Integrated Assistant (AIA), an end-to-end property management platform that aims to use AI/ML technology to create a community where tenants can have their issues addressed proactively and landlords can reduce costs and manage compliance requirements. PA is helping landlords and housing associations across the UK to build better communities. It does this via the use of innovative technology utilising a web dashboard and corresponding tenant app. PA also helps support smaller landlords manage their compliance requirements.
