_Addanote is an on-line digital resource which can be used to teach an individual to play a musical instrument, or can be employed by a class teacher to assist in the delivery of a music lesson in an educational setting. The project is to bring Addanote from minimum viable product (MVP) to minimum marketable release. Based on feedback provided by pilot users, Addanote produces excellent results but improvements could be made to the "look" of the visuals, and the navigation and look of the website. From a management perspective, computer processing power and management systems could be improved with investment, and finally understanding how best to market Addanote. Therefore, the project includes:_ \*_Improving the quality of visuals through the purchase of higher quality filming equipment_ \*_Increasing the speed of the production process through purchase of higher specification computers and server_ \*_Reviewing and improving branding_ \*_Developing a marketing strategy_ \*_Reviewing the access arrangements, including log-in and payment platforms_
