**Vision**
* Foster a love of learning through play
* Enhance the way children learn and retain knowledge
* Offer culturally nuanced and inclusive curriculum
* Make learning fun and fast!
Seedfunded by Reedah, Xplorealms launched a single player MVP, History game, featuring the Tudors in the Apple & Google Play stores on 20 Aug 2021\. The company started redressing the inbalance in the curriculum prior to BLM, offering fact checked and culturally nuanced subjects starting with History weaving the stories of Black Tudors into the game. The app has been beta-tested with state/independent schools, youth centres and BAME communities with neuro-diverse children, parents, governors, teachers and councils all of whom have requested core subjects like Maths, English and Science in fun and fast immersive games.
**Idea**
Aligned with government's 'build back better' agenda, Xplorealms will build 3D immersive virtual inclusive English and Maths games for its educational mobile games app, to recover lost learning during Covid 19\. Both subjects will be aligned with learning outcomes of Key Stage 2\.
**Traction**
In addition to being mentored by Stanford University Launchpad, Reedah was nominated an 'Inspiring Edtech Female Founder' by Super Charger Ventures. Xplorealms has been awarded places on London Mayor's Business Growth Programme, Google StartUp Campus, EDUCATE, and Natwest Bank Pre-Accelerator. The app was beta-tested with 650 children, parents, families and educators across UK, London, Birmingham, Doncaster, Sheffield and Wales.
**Future growth**
Xplorealms aims to reach children, parents, governors, teachers, youth workers and families in the UK. Expansion to the Middle East is planned over the next 18 months.

The Climate Game - 3D immersive educational mobile games app
"_With so much focus on children -- who will have to live with the consequences of climate breakdown and ecological disaster, species loss and pollution -- the role of education is key. But in England, climate change barely figures on the national curriculum, and campaigners complain that schools are not required to teach it directly. Properly taught, climate change could fit into subject areas across the curriculum, not just physics, chemistry, biology and geography but economics, history, social studies, media, arts and food technology_." **Fiona Harvey,** **Guardian Education Journalist, Feb 2020**
(Source: [https://www.theguardian.com/education/2020/feb/11/the-national-curriculum-barely-mentions-the-climate-crisis-children-deserve-better][0])
There is a lack of awareness and education of the impact and action required to mitigate climate change, particularly within the education system. Climate change is not formally taught as a subject within the national curriculum. Xplorealms would like to develop an innovative, immersive, educational, fun and interactive climate mobile games app to promote awareness of, and action required to mitigate, climate change. The game will enable storytelling, using the power of creativity to tell different stories about environmental impact and how to reach net zero, to supplement class based learning, homeschooling and create general awareness amongst children, parents, educators, schools and the wider community.
Xplorealms is undertaking human centred, user led research to gain insights into customer perceptions, motivations and needs, in order to develop a Climate Change game.
Founded by Reedah El-Saie, Xplorealms is an award winning, EdTech startup. Xplorealms is a mobile games app, offering fact checked, culturally nuanced subject from the British national curriculum, through mini-games, AI and AR, for 7-14yr old children, parents, educators and schools.
In August 2021, Xplorealms launched a single player MVP, History game featuring the Tudors in the Apple & Google Play stores, seedfunded by the Founder.
