The main goal of this project is to research, develop and showcase real-time, advanced metrics to an individual employee around their working habits and how those might be affecting their performance and mental health. We will also look at how these figures could scale up to the entire organisation whilst maintaining individual privacy. We will create a set of graph-based and numerical insights to assist employees to monitor their own performance and mental health.
