The project, led by JointEffort.io and Durham University, alongside the Black Country Innovative Manufacturing Organisation (BCIMO) supports improving productivity within the transport and logistics sector. This project focuses on supporting BCIMO's Clean Futures Accelerator and their development and commercialisation of sustainable technologies for transport. We will enhance collaboration efficiency within the rail industry by integrating advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to transform the way organisations, including SMEs, route-to-market partners, and investors, discover and collaborate with one another. Our platform will also feature advanced analytics to provide ongoing insight into the effectiveness of collaborations and investments, aiding stakeholders in making data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and strategic outcomes.

JointEffort.io is an online platform for quickly and easily connecting organisations and communities that require specific capabilities and experience, with those that can provide them. Helping organisations find new opportunities, solve problems and collaborate - across industries and places. Under this project, we will develop and deploy advanced AI tools to improve understanding and opportunities across the digital technology cluster, addressing critical barriers to collaboration, including the accessibility of information on partner capabilities and experience. By enabling diversity in supply chains, supporting cluster development, and providing a clear overview of regional capabilities, JointEffort.io aligns with Levelling Up goals. We will revolutionise how organisations connect and collaborate in the North East and beyond. Our approach, will not only boost economic growth and innovation but also address critical challenges identified in the region, supporting the North East's strategic plans for development and collaboration.
