FourJaw Manufacturing Analytics Ltd (FourJaw) is a UK manufacturing technology platform SME with a core project team of Chris Iveson (Project, Commercial and Inclusion/Diversity Lead), Robin Hartley (Technical and Sustainability Lead) and Cory Metcalfe (UI/UX Lead/Software Developer). FourJaw is solving a significant unmet need with its technology platform that aims to double the utilisation of machine shop machines. Boost will use AI/ML algorithms, data from FourJaw's machine monitoring platform and data from manufacturers' existing software systems. Its innovative shopfloor scheduling and community sharing platforms will automatically schedule the shopfloor and match upcoming spare capacity with over capacity from other machine shops to optimise machine shop productivity.
