By conducting real-world trials with large employers across a range of business sectors, the project will perfect and deliver a unique measure of the long-term physiological response of employees in order to objectively assess stress and resilience and its impact on commercial KPIs. This will enable organisations to accurately identify improvement areas for wellbeing and business performance that can be successfully implemented across the entire workforce, and to also help individual employees to make positive changes to their own lifestyle to improve stress management and resilience. Our index will allow organisations to adopt, for the first time, evidence-based practices to improve workplace stress and demonstrate significant ROI.
