Familiarize is an advertising and marketing startup focused on helping businesses better understand their customers, so they don't waste time, money and energy building products no-one wants. We seek funding to translate an offline coaching and toolkit business, limited in scale, to an innovative Software-as-a-Service tool that could benefit tens of thousands of small and medium sized UK businesses by becoming more customer-centric. Not only will the tool help small and medium-sized businesses, particularly in the creative and tech sectors, to more efficiently establish a viable market, it will also seek to build more ethical, opt-in, mutually beneficial customer relationships.
