Because commercial insurance brokers spend two-thirds of their time on administrative tasks, many are struggling to remain profitable while still providing quality, good-value services to UK businesses. There is significant manual task duplication and inefficiency in the processes involved and three-quarters of brokers struggle to meet compliance requirements Nuworks is developing two new AI-driven automation tools which complement Broker Management Systems. These tools will reduce the time required to place/manage insurance by up to 85%. The tools will eliminate the repetitive re-keying of data that Commercial Insurance Brokers currently contend with. Ultimately, it will enable brokers to provide greater value to their clients and UK businesses by freeing up time for enhanced client service.
