Development of an innovative manufacturing process for producing IoT (Internet of Things) bracelets designed to aid in the diagnosis of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) in children aged 6-12 years. This digital advanced manufacturing process facilitates a high degree of mass customization, enabling children to employ AI-generated icons and illustrations to personalize their own bracelets. The goal of this project is to bolster ADDHERE Technologies' competitive advantage significantly by enhancing the accuracy of ADHD diagnosis, affirming treatment effectiveness, and refining the business model. By shifting from short-term family engagement to fostering long-term relationships through the wearable device, the company aims to heighten the value provided to families and schools. This approach has the potential to generate recurring revenue and extend the life-time value (LTV) of future customers, ultimately strengthening the company's position in the market. A significant portion of this project's activities will involve 3D printing for prototyping and validating models with potential customers, as corroborated by the support letter issued by the UKRI Science and Technology Facilities Council. Moreover, the project's requirements include environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and the use of safe, durable, and sustainable materials, which align with the UK's sustainable manufacturing objectives. As a predominantly digital venture, the project aims to mitigate energy consumption related to data storage and traffic, while also collaborating with local SMEs across various regions in the UK and globally. This approach will optimize freight costs and minimize the carbon footprint associated with transportation in the supply chain.

Grant for R&D
ADDHERE Technologies has developed an AI app, based on scientific evidence, to support the diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), particularly in children. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental disorders in childhood, affecting more than 5% of the world's child population, but unfortunately 80% of them will never receive a diagnosis due to the insufficient number and poor distribution of specialists around the globe and the method they currently use. The cumulative lifetime impairment of ADHD is reinforced, including higher risk of suicide, increased risk of engaging in criminal behaviour, high rate of substance abuse, anxiety and mood disorders, personality disorders and disruptive disorders. The harmfull effects of ADHD might be considerable mitigated by early diagnosis and treatment, but currently not families, the NHS or schools are minimal instructed and equiped to assure put families on the diagnosis path way. This project goal is achieving all the regulatory, privacy and security requirements required to consolidate our App as a compliant software as a medical device in the UK with will enable us to confident doing validation with schools and children in the UK and turn the business still more attractive to investors.
