Most primary care admin automation technologies on the market rely on clinical system APIs with limited functionality. These APIs provide single purpose, static rule-based automation systems that still require significant human intervention. The innovation in this project, GPgenie, instead will be an "automation operating system". GPgenie will disrupt the market for automation of primary care administration tasks by automating a large number & significant percentage of each task, becoming the universal automation engine of choice for primary care.
