Blackpool Council and Phyre Energy, in collaboration with xRI, will assess the use of detailed heat monitoring and efficiency assessments for heat network anchor offtakers, and assess the potential synergies with xRI's innovation scanning and data services for the built environment.

Phyre Energy is developing an innovative heat mapping tool for use in heat network developments and Heat Zones. Our system supports the development of heat networks in the UK by providing a robust, user friendly heat mapping service. We aim to improve the robustness, speed and accuracy of heat mapping, thereby reducing risks and costs for heat network developers and forthcoming Heat Network Zone Coordinators. The project builds on Phyre Energy's track record in heat mapping and district heating.
