High value production, processing and storage facilities degrade with usage, causing downtime and increasing costs. Dock Robotics create robotic tools to build digital twin datasets of industrial environments that are ready to generate insights off-the-shelf for optimising operations. This project aims to **a)** prepare a technology demonstrator, **b)** test and showcase it, and **c)** begin preparing the technology for market. The project will build on an existing prototype system by developing core robotic intelligence and inspection data analytics capabilities and refining them based on test results, demonstrations, and end-user feedback. These demonstrations will form the basis for case studies to document traction. The project will also make progress towards preparing the technology for market by identifying and implementing measures required to achieve necessary certifications. Plans to bridge the gap between technology demonstration and minimal viable product will also be made based on demonstration and test results and stakeholder response. As the project matures, we will seek investment to finance technology commercialisation activities.
