Project Description: "Post Pandemic Exhibition" (PPE)
The "Post Pandemic Exhibition" (PPE) is an evocative photographic series that explores the resilience and adversities faced by small businesses in the post-pandemic recovery phase. This ambitious series will culminate in an exhibition in Kingston upon Hull, showcasing both the triumphs and tribulations of these enterprises, thereby documenting a significant chapter in our collective history.
With a camera in hand, where once I held prescriptions, I now seek to capture stories of challenge and victory. I want to present our city with an immersive exhibition that speaks to the heart of our shared human experience.
Through this initiative, I merge my professional insights as a healthcare provider with my personal journey as a photographer living with the consequences of COVID-19\. This project is not only a reflection of my professional and artistic journey but also an act of solidarity with those still fighting their battles in the shadow of the pandemic, not just for themselves but for others.
To enhance the impact of the exhibition, we will incorporate augmented reality (AR) elements, making the experience more immersive and interactive. Using high-end AR devices and the Artivive app, visitors will be able to engage with the photographs in a dynamic way, adding layers of information and storytelling that bring the images to life. This innovative approach will set a new standard for exhibitions, blending traditional art with cutting-edge technology
