Fundamentally, AmariPax connects with biometric wearable devices such as smartwatches, Oura rings etc. and adds value to those products by integrating data with user information entered by the user about lifestyle, sleep, activity to produce a 360º calculation of cognitive balance at any point in the day. By measuring inactivity, heart rate, sleep, etc, AmariPax will tell you that you are moving out of Cognitive-Balance and prompt you to take a break, take a nootropic(coffee/energy-drink etc) and a snack and possibly a breathing or relaxation-exercise for example to reset Cognitive-Balance
