Megaphone Music Collaboration (MMC) is a UK-based music technology SME with a leading team of software developers, audio-engineers and designers. 98% of musicians are concerned that they won't be able to earn a living in 2023 (Help Musicians,2022), and rising cost-of-living means travel and/or hiring studio space is becoming increasingly unaffordable. While some musicians/creatives have resorted to using remote-working solutions such as Zoom/Microsoft Teams for remote collaboration, these lack the specific modifications required to produce high-quality musical collaborations remotely. MMC is developing an AI-powered music collaboration platform for music creators of all technical abilities, that allows two or more creators to perform together live and collaborate on new music projects, from anywhere, without any latency or synchronisation issues.
